Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production workflows for new business opportunities.
- Discuss product details with customers and generate production workflows.
- Determine required production equipment and calculate cycle times and run rates.
- Prepare factory lines for prototype and production assembly.
- Improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Direct the success of new client launches, ensuring alignment with client goals and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including technical users, champions, and executives.
- Facilitate executive-level engagement to align on project progress, strategic value, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with Sales to identify and execute commercial opportunities leveraging insights from early successes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Manage operational relationships, resolving issues proactively and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and documentation of best practices, playbooks, and lessons learned to standardize success across accounts.
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years in electronic manufacturing preferred.
- 2+ years of new customer-facing experience to launch new business.
- Experience with MRP systems such as CSI.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- 5+ years of SMT process engineering experience.
- Experience with root cause analysis, SPC methodology, and disciplined documentation.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610; exposure to IATF and/or AS9100 preferred.
This is a Permanent position based out of Huntsville, AL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Benefits with offer medical dental etc.
