• Assist in the identification and resolution of electronic system issues both on site and remotely.
• Support the design, build and delivery of hardware and operating systems on multiple DoD programs.
• Perform routine maintenance – basic troubleshooting, installation of upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct sustainment activities at the Huntsville office and travel to customer sites as required.
• Explore ways to improve current designs and customer support activities.

• 2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; or 0 years with a Master’s; or High School Diploma + 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret wiring schematics.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
• Proficient in building electronic systems.
• Proficient with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (reports & presentations).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills for presenting technical information.
• Self‑starter able to work independently or as part of a team.
• US Secret Security clearance required at hire.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• 9 years experience with an associate degree in a technical field; or High School Diploma + 14 years progressive experience.
• Previous military electronics experience.
• Previous experience working with DoD programs.
• Good knowledge of computer/board operational characteristics.
• Proficiency with reading and interpreting wiring and design documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Navy shipboard alarms, announcing and radar systems, and Apache Fire Control Radar (plus).

• May require working in an industrial or shipboard environment.
• Typically not required to lift more than 40 lbs.
• May encounter extremes of temperature, pollution, humidity, noise, and other environmental factors.
