Role Overview
The Systems Integration & Test Engineer plays a key role in ensuring complex systems function as intended. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and document testing at the system and subsystem level, supporting mission-critical programs from development through validation. Your work will directly contribute to safe, reliable, and high-performing systems that meet customer and program requirements. Key
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and support test planning documentation, including test plans, procedures, schedules, and readiness reviews
• Participate in design reviews to ensure systems are testable and requirements are clearly defined
• Integrate and test in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems
• Translate customer and program requirements into practical test solutions that consider technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Coordinate testing activities across programs and partner organizations
• Execute and document system and subsystem tests, including data analysis and evaluation reports
• Identify, document, and track test discrepancies; support regression testing to verify fixes
• Verify and validate system performance against requirements Work Environment
• Collaborative engineering environment supporting system-level integration and testing
• Combination of planning, documentation, analysis, and hands-on test execution
• Works closely with engineers, program teams, and stakeholders across disciplines

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all requirements below
• Experience developing system or subsystem test plans, test procedures, and/or test readiness reviews (TRRs)
• Experience preparing and delivering technical interchange meeting (TIM) materials or design review content
• Ability to support system integration and test activities in a structured, documented environment
Desired
Skills:
Nice-to-have skills that strengthen candidacy
• Experience supporting missile or space vehicle development programs
• Certified Test Conductor credential
• Broad exposure to one or more of the following:
o Systems integration and test
o Flight test
o Operations
o Systems engineering
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
