Relocation assistance available. Clearance:
Secret. Travel: 10% of the time.
- Support use case development, requirements definition/allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and traceability.
- Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop systems engineering and design artifacts.
- Work with technical teams and stakeholders to mature large program architecture.
- Develop system requirements and ensure proper representation in models.
- Create systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
- Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
- Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years of experience, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
- U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, investigation within last 6 years.
- Eligible for Enhanced Security Clearances within reasonable timeframe.
- 2+ years experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations.
- 2+ years experience with Model-Based Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBE/MBSE) practices and tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or Magic
DRAW. - 2+ years experience with one or more of:
Command & Control, physical security, cybersecurity, NC3 systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, or military aerospace development.
- 1+ year experience developing or reviewing requirements in DOORS or similar tool.
- 1+ year experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) or complex aerospace/defense systems.
- 1+ year experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities.
- 1+ year experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation.
- Self‑driven, problem‑solving, and capable of making recommendations for improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Primary level salary range: $122,800 – $203,600. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives.
