• Lead project kick‑off meetings and ensure project objectives are met.
• Design storm‑drainage, grading, and site plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Perform quality‑control checks on engineering drawings.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with peers across the practice group.
• Collaborate with transportation engineers, planners, and surveyors on projects requiring interdisciplinary expertise.

• 7+ years of site‑design experience.
• 3+ years of project‑management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with English proficiency.
• PE licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 40–45 hour work week with optional telework Fridays.
