Bel Research has an immediate opening for a Radar Analyst in Huntsville, AL.

Bel Research, Inc. is seeking an experienced Radar Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS) ground paranoids and flight test program. The Radar Analyst will analyze data from ground tests and flight tests, perform root cause analysis on anomalies, and prepare analysis products for inclusion inýe formal briefing packages. Data analysis will be performed as directed by the Program Manager and Lead Analyst in support of MDA's Joint Analysis Team (JAT).

Additional responsibilities include daily interaction with operators, engineers, other members of the technical team, and the customer. Deployment to the operational site in support of ' 'the MDS distributed ground test and flight tests may be required. Individuals with previous experience conducting MDS ground tests utilizing Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) radar representations and/or direct experience with fielded radar systems will find this work challenging ' 'and rewarding.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

• The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant technical knowledge as well as expert-level knowledge of MATLAB and a working-level knowledge of the Linux OS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting technical material for customer review and approval.

• Prior experience with MDS radars is preferable‌లు.
• Experience with integration tools and scripting languages:
  Shell, Ruby/JRuby, Perl, Python, MS Office.
• Experience with SharePoint or other collaboration tools.
