We are seeking a Quality and Reliability Engineer to support LTI Missile Field Surveillance (US and/or FMS).

• Plan, develop, and execute field surveillance efforts to ensure the product’s success through engineering methods and technical expertise.
• Perform field assessments and collect data to validate system performance and requirement compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field activities.
• Evaluate field surveillance data and report findings and recommendations.
• Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with the product requirements and applicable standards.
• Support cross‑functional teams, subject matter experts, product office and operational staff.
• Support troubleshooting activities and assist in issue resolution.
• Support engineering solutions for surveillance improvement.

• The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Resident of the Huntsville, AL area (or willing to relocate).
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field and 15 years of experience, or a master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field and 11 years of experience.
• Must be able to acquire or possess (and maintain) a U.S. Secret security clearance.
