Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. (AMS) is seeking entry‑level college graduates to join our diverse team in Huntsville, AL to create unique solutions for complex problems. AMS provides responsive, cost‑effective engineering and scientific solutions ranging from air and missile defense technologies, command and control, radar systems, seekers, modeling & simulation, and prototype hardware development and testing. Our recruiting team will be on the Tennessee Tech campus on 26 February 2026 at the career fair seeking graduates in the following areas:

• Radar Analysis/Simulation/Modeling
• Hardware/Software/Firmware Prototyping
• RF Datalinks
• Radar Integration
• Algorithm development
• HWIL support
• Field testing support

Huntsville, AL – Position is full‑time in the office.

• Must be a Tennessee Tech student or recent alumni, working toward a Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
• Candidate should upload a resume and unofficial transcripts.
• Candidate must possess or be working toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science from an ABET‑accredited university.
• Graduating GPA of 3.5+.

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

• Citizenship:
  Candidate must be a US citizen.
• Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or be able to maintain a Final Secret Clearance or meet eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
