RF Engineer (Mid–Senior Level)

Franklin, NC or Huntsville, AL

The Role

We’re seeking a sharp, motivated RF Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll bring creativity, systems thinking, and hands-on technical expertise to the development, integration, and sustainment of advanced defense electronics. You’ll work on cutting-edge RF systems and contribute directly to solutions that protect those who protect us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support RF engineering tasks across the full product lifecycle—from concept design and simulation to integration, test, and field support.
• Apply systems-based engineering methods to develop solutions for complex RF architectures, including radar, radar warning receivers, and communications systems.
• Drive innovation in areas such as RF circuit design, antenna systems, signal processing, and system-level integration.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (hardware, software, mechanical, and test engineers) to deliver integrated defense solutions.
• Prepare and present technical findings, trade studies, and design reviews to customers and leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in RF or microwave engineering (defense or aerospace systems preferred).
• Strong background in RF system design, analysis, modeling, and test.
• Hands-on experience with RF design tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB, etc.).
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes, including requirements, architecture, and verification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a security clearance.
