Voice Engineer​/Architect Security Clearance

Position: Voice Engineer / Architect with Security Clearance
Key Responsibilities:

Architect the full lifecycle of the Microsoft Teams Phone migration, including planning, design, implementation, and post-deployment optimization.
Develop and document the target state architecture, including integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and security systems.
Lead cross-functional teams including voice engineers, systems administrators, and network specialists.
Evaluate and select supporting technologies such as Session Border Controllers (SBCs), PSTN providers, and call routing strategies.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, migration plans, and risk assessments.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for executive stakeholders and project sponsors.

Qualifications:

Required -- Bachelors Degree 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on unified communications and cloud-based collaboration platforms. ________________ Proven experience migrating from Cisco CUCM to Microsoft Teams Phone.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, VoIP, and telephony infrastructure.
Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network architecture.
Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert, TOGAF, CCNP Collaboration) are highly desirable.
