Software Engineer supports USASMDC Research and Technology Directorate’s Multidomain Technologies Branch (MDT ). The software engineer supports MDT  through modeling, RF equipment analysis, and signal processing. The software engineer is responsible for data processing via software and coding to conduct waveform analysis, which the software engineer would provide through developing a GPU and display.

** Required Qualifications
*** Senior-to-SME level experience within radar, software-related RF engineering, and computer engineering.
* Support MDT ’s modeling, simulation, RF analysis, and other engineering projects.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field
* Must have an Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to maintain one.
** Required Skills
*** 15+ years of experience in software engineering, RF engineering, or related field.
* Radar signal processing
* Control of hardware via software (e.g., RF equipment, other)
* C++
* Real time implementation of C++, LabVIEW, C#,  etc.
* Graphical User interfaces
* High speed throughput and data processing
* Processing on and programming GPUs and/or FPGAs
* Matlab* Background in applied mathematics, applied physics, electrical engineering preferred
* Computer Engineering experience
* Requires Python expertise
