Radiance Technologies is searching for a Senior M&S Architect and AFSIM SME to create mission level scenarios, develop and debug, and train others in the AFSIM framework.

Job Duties:

* Support regression testing of new simulation features
* Validate fixes against DR/CR tickets
* Perform reproduction steps and document outcomes
* Assist in automated test execution
* Support regression testing of new simulation features as the primary focus, validating fixes against DR and CR tickets, reproducing issues, and documenting outcomes.

Required Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field
* Minimum 5 years of C++ or Python development
* Minimum 5 years of AFSIM development
* Effective writing and communication skills.
* Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Required Experience:

* Creation of mission level AFSIM scenarios and core framework extensions
* Demonstrated ability to design and maintain M&S architectures that support complex training and analysis needs.

Desired

Experience:

* Experience integrating AFSIM with other federates such as AFMSTT, ASCCE, or BLCSE.
* Familiarity with cloud based M&S execution environments.
* Experience with performance tuning and scalability in large AFSIM runs.
* Prior involvement in Air Force exercises or events where AFSIM was a primary tool.
