Systems Engineer - Requirements Lead on the Razor team for a Research and Development project. In this role, you will report to the Systems Engineering Requirements and Verification Manager.

• Derive requirements and interfaces and support specification development in DOORS
• Be accountable for developing, updating, coordinating, and supporting verification of a subsystem requirement specification
• Support the full life cycle of assigned subsystems or components all the way through development, test, analysis, verification, and flight test
• Support assessments of key performance parameters, technical performance measures, and requirement compliance
• Support formal system design reviews
• Support interface definition and integration of subsystems and components across the broader system
• Participate in interdisciplinary engineering efforts as part of a hypersonic development project, necessitating adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving program requirements and timelines across geographically dispersed locations
• Use your excellent communication skills and self-motivating drive to work across Lockheed Martin business areas to progress towards a common goal

• Experience as a Systems Engineer

• Experience performing requirement traceability gap analysis
• Experience with applying core systems engineering principles and processes such as trade studies and contributing to major program milestone reviews

• Eligibility to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship is required

• 8+ years experience in Systems Engineering
• ABET Accredited Bachelor's degree in engineering field
• Experience as a systems engineer executing a missile development program and achieving a successful flight test

• Adept at DOORS with DOORS admin experience
• Proficient with DXL
• Experience contributing to major milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
• Has mentored less experienced employees and contributed to team professional development
• Experience developing PowerPoint slides and formally briefing customers and executives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Active or Current Secret Security Clearance
