Senior Engineer – Redstone Arsenal, AL

Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to provide technical ground and radar site support to the THAAD system for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and lead advanced engineering efforts on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems contract.

• Provide systems and interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for the THAAD weapon system with international partners.
• Assist the Engineering Lead in managing the technical aspects of all assigned force design work.
• Collaborate and coordinate on force design technical efforts with multiple external agencies and stakeholders.
• Identify deficiencies and shortcomings in planned or ongoing design reviews and provide options for fixing them.
• Document and communicate interim and final technical findings and results in a clear manner understandable to senior-level decision makers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• MS degree in STEM and 12 years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project.
• Possess technical understanding and experience with missile defense or radar systems.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance.
