Position:
Federally Qualified Health Center
Searching for a Medical Director
Oversee Adult, Pediatric and Behavioral Health practices (only in one practice)
Schedule:
2 days in the clinic, 3 days administrative
No call - zero call expectations
Adult practice: 16 total exam rooms, 2 per doctor
On average, 15-20 patients per day
Minor office procedures done in office, up to discretion
Facility provides diverse services for the LGBTQ and HIV communities.
Primarily Adults, 18+
Roughly, 20 new patients per month
Clinic no-show rate: 20%
EMR: EClinical Works
Clinic sees all Payors - Private Insurance, Medicaid, etc Practice does not turn any patients away
Offering:
$300-350k base salary
Performance evaluation, 3% of base salary paid as a bonus
Sign-on and Relocation available, negotiable
Malpractice insurance coverage
Reimbursement for state licensure and memberships
$3k CME allowance, 5 days-off
$120/year scrub reimbursement
