• 4‑year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores on NBCE Parts I, II, III, and IV (Recent NBCE SPEC accepted in place of Part IV)
• Active DC license in the state of Alabama
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance
