- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Support the Project Manager in project coordination, problem-solving, and compliance.
- Maintain change order, submittal, and drawing control logs; prepare reports for meetings.
- Ensure timely submittals, including Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
- Oversee subcontractor contracts and documentation.
- Monitor contractor activities and resolve issues.
- Create Job Information Sheets, establish Job Files, and update Warranty Logs.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors, providing technical support to field personnel.
- Prepare change orders, project reports, and assist with payroll.
- Supervise projects in the absence of the Project Manager.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of construction-related experience preferred.
- Equivalent training, education, and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of construction technology, scheduling, and methods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Oracle experience is a plus. - Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and customer focus.
- Working Conditions
- Primarily indoor environment with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Office tasks include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
