About Us
Royal Engineers seeks a Construction Inspector to participate in an extensive construction program at the USACE Mobile District Construction Division at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The assignment will last one year (base) and two optional years.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Analyze blueprints and schematics to identify potential issues and ensure proper execution of construction plans.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to oversee project progress and maintain quality control.
- Collect and document data related to construction processes and materials, reporting findings to management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current.
- Leverage DoD experience to adhere to regulatory requirements and enhance project outcomes.
- Experience as a construction project inspector on large, complex, multimillion-dollar DoD projects.
- Experience with Resident Management Systems (RMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- This position may require frequent and recurring construction inspections, which include walking, climbing, stooping, and bending at various elevations and uneven terrain.
