SERVPRO of Madison County is hiring a Business Development Manager
.

• Drive marketing campaigns, oversee the client database, and maintain an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.
• Grow business profit and revenue and develop long-standing business relationships.
• Be proactive, provide superior service, and perform as a high sales performer who takes ownership.
• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet or exceed revenue and activity goals for the business development team.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships within the sales territory and develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth.
• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning CE classes, lunch-and-learns, budgeting, and action plans for business decisions.
• Perform a comparative analysis of revenue, collection, and activity metrics vs established goals.
• Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual marketing plan.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of five years of direct sales experience
• At least one year of management experience
• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
