* Program Analyst II, you will provide resource allocation, technical oversight, and high-level technical expertise in physical or technical security programs.
Your role will involve participating in briefings and meetings, offering subject matter expertise, and performing various technical tasks to support program success.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst II: $75,000 - $85,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Analyst II Responsibilities Include
- Provide advice and guidance to officials on program planning, budgeting, programming, and contract management activities.
- Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient program operations.
- Plan, organize, and assist with contract actions in compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Offer assistance, advice, and guidance throughout the contracting process.
- Provide financial analysis and budgetary support to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop comprehensive Out-Year financial plans and accurate budget estimates.
- Establish and maintain liaison with relevant offices, overseas posts, and foreign affairs and intelligence agencies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6-10 years of experience as an analyst, specializing in operational efficiencies, program-related trends, and budget/resource utilization.
- Proven ability to identify complex program requirements and address organizational concerns.
- Experience providing advice and presenting reports to senior management officials.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and precedents.
- Proficiency in conducting detailed analyses and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
