We are currently seeking a Hitting Coordinator to develop and contribute to the growth of the facility through management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals.

• Provide outstanding service – whether that be in person, virtually or on the phone.
• Helps grow the client base of the facility through sales and superior customer service.
• Understand growth strategies by Quarter/Season and execute plans accordingly.
• Attends trainings and meetings with leadership on a needed basis.
• Ensure timely processing of daily reports.
• Ensures location is clean and well-maintained to company standards
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and held accountableli>
• Ensure all shifts are covered during locations’ open hours.
• Delivering Gswing hitting sessions to clients when needed.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or questions. Efficiently using the CRM software to streamline tasks, track client engagement, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct swing evaluations to show the benefits of training at Gradum Gswing.
• Track and report Gradum metrics
• Executing the Gradum Playbook to ensure client success.

• 2 years of college baseball experience.
• High energy individual
• Open to growing rapidly
• Interest in helping hitters while benefiting from performance-based commissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and parents.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• $52,000 to $100,000
