Days of the week are flexible as business needs dictate, and may be fluid at times, so the candidate must be able to predict and prepare to support the demand signal.
The role requires 2-3 years in a similar role.
Will need someone flexible and able to work around the needs for the site.
Admin Assistant / ReceptionistJob Duties:
- General office support, including ordering supplies, coordination & administrative support of meetings with site visitors including access control system management.
- Data entry to corporate systems for Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Sustainability and ESG Data.
- Support for new hire onboarding plus other support jobs as assigned by the Site Manager.

- Experience providing Administrative Support
- Demonstrated effective experience building a variety of professional relationships and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Adept at planning and multi-tasking
- High School/GED
