- Managing the timely receipt of financial data from Simple Numbers® clients
- Coordinating meetings between client teams and the Simple Numbers® consulting team
- Ensuring that workflow management of consulting services is scheduled seamlessly
- Executive assistant duties of scheduling and booking travel, etc. for Partners
- Coordinating and planning high end events for the Simple Numbers® Master Mind groups
- Manages Simple Numbers® book inventory and shipments
- Playing a critical role in the operations of a fast growing team
- Providing support to team around tax deadlines (project tracking, filing of extensions, tax return assembly)
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in a CPA or Consulting Firm preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.
- Ability to operate independently and self-manage projects. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Sound administrative skills. Well-developed management skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the Partners’ preferences and priorities.
- Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
