Responsibilities
- General office support to include: ordering of supplies, coordination & administrative support of meetings with site visitors including access control system management.
- Some data entry to corporate systems for Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Sustainability and ESG Data, Support for new hire onboarding plus other support jobs as assigned by the Site Manager.
- Experience providing Administrative Support
- Demonstrated effective experience building a variety of professional relationships and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and problem solving
- Adept at planning and multi-tasking.
- High School/GED
