Staff Accountant – Automotive Parts Manufacturer; KID

An international automotive parts manufacturing company is actively seeking a Staff Accountant to join their facility near Huntsville, AL
. A successful candidate has accounting experience for manufacturing environment.

• Responsible for AP/AR, General Ledger, Cash Management
• Work closely with production team and production control team for cost accounting
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Maintain financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are recorded
• Ensure the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts
• Reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Analyze current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other report
• Communicate with managers or on work status and client issues that arise
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2+ years' experience in an accounting, administration or general accounting role
• Strong skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team
• Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
• Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
