Base pay range$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr
CNC Operator - Join Our Team!Chicago Closets & Cabinetry is looking for an experienced CNC Operator to oversee production and guide our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain CNC machinery
- Run and manage the edgebander
- Perform routine maintenance on all shop equipment
- Cut and process closet & cabinetry parts with accuracy
- Read and interpret drawings and production sheets
- Provide direction, support, and workflow guidance to warehouse staff
- Ensure quality control and efficient production throughout the day
- Experience with edgebanders and general shop machinery
- Leadership ability and good communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Competitive pay ($23-$30 per hour)
