Termite Technicians protect customers’ properties from wood‑destroying organisms. You are the first line of defense and provide inspections, prevention, and treatment services that give customers peace of mind.

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to company guidelines.
• Apply anti‑termite treatments to structures on schedule and with label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.

• Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
• Prepare the job site for treatment.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Work 20 ft up on a ladder and in small confined spaces.
• General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on roofs and high areas.
• Regularly sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl and move up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
• Wear personal protective equipment such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator and work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.

• Clean shaven face for safety reasons.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• At least 1 year of customer service; experience in termite control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours, Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills and ability to follow mixing instructions on product labels.
