Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Float Pool position at a Level II Trauma, major teaching hospital in Huntington, WV, working night shifts on a 13-week contract.
Responsibilities- Short-term acute care setting at a Level II Trauma, major teaching hospital and member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH) with 330 staffed beds
- Medical Surgical Float Pool unit
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Charting system:
Cerner - Free parking available in both a parking lot and parking garage
- Float pool position requiring flexibility across medical/surgical units
- Black scrubs required; a Cabell-branded T-shirt may be worn in lieu of a scrub top
- When assigned to the Surgery department, facility-provided surgical scrubs must be worn
- Active WV or compact RN license required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Med/Surg experience required
