RN - Critical Care Float Pool

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool Unit

The Registered Professional Nurse is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervision of other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated.

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients and consult with other health care team members when indicated.
• Position reports directly to the Nurse Manager. The shift will be determined by each hiring manager.
• Pay rate will be determined in accordance with the labor agreement.
