SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst will work directly with the Plant Controller and FP&A Manager to analyze the results and work with the plant location to provide explanations of results to be presented to Plant/Division leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst will possess strong communication and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects to meet aggressive deadlines. Other duties will include data extraction, report writing, process improvements, SOX and other duties as assigned.

• Coordinate internal reporting requirements across the plant
• Assist with the coordination of the month end close and quarterly reporting requirements to Division
• Develop and maintain processes for reporting daily and weekly financial and operational metrics in support of management team in accordance with corporate/division requirements and guidelines
• Assist in the reporting and consolidation for monthly and quarterly financial results to Metals Group leadership and corporate/division as required, including ad hoc reporting request as required
• Prepare quarterly operational and financial review packages for the Plant/Division/Corporate
• Complete special projects and participate in process improvement activities and related analysis
• Analyze and report on Balance Sheet and Income Statement variances, identify root causes and provide executive summary to Plant leadership
