Job Description

We are seeking a strong Project Manager to support a high-profile construction project. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Alcon project, which involves the construction of a warehouse building adjacent to a manufacturing plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take the lead in a crucial phase of project development.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as the on-site manager for the Alcon project, based out of a field trailer.

+ Create and manage project schedules and budgets.

+ Hire and oversee subcontractors.

+ Handle all contract paperwork and document control.

+ Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in project management and construction management.

+ Proficiency in construction documentation and scheduling.

+ Skilled in budget creation and handling change orders.

+ Familiarity with commercial construction and project engineering.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+

Experience with Procore or similar project management software.

+ Strong experience in electrical systems is a plus.

Work Environment

The Project Manager will work out of a field trailer or field office located on-site. The remote location may require a commute for those traveling in. The role involves direct engagement with a high-profile customer, continuing a 20-year relationship.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
