Position Title: Landscape Worker
Position Number: 001102 E‑Class CN - Class Nonexempt FT
Department: Facilities & Operations Admin - MU5200
Job Description: Performs routine and directed grounds and landscape maintenance of university property. Operates vehicles, equipment, and tools common to landscaping and grounds maintenance, including snow and ice removal. Removes trash from receptacles and polices campus for debris and litter. Performs work associated with event set‑up and tear‑down.
Successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
Location: MU – Marshall University
Salary Range: $24,808 – $28,529 (Level 1, Full‑time)
QualificationsMust be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined above.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Training or coursework related to landscaping, building maintenance, or safety practices.
- Experience operating grounds equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, or small tractors.
