Electric Motor Winder

Service Pump & Supply is currently seeking an electric motor winder eager to join a well‑established company. We help manage and protect the world’s most precious resource: water. And we’re successful because of our team’s skills and commitment to serving customers.

As a motor winder in our EASA accredited and UL listed motor shop, you will maintain Service Pump’s high standards of service and quality. You’ll be part of a team while working independently in accordance with established safety and quality standards. You may be responsible for training less‑experienced team members.

This is a full‑time permanent position that may require overtime work as needed. It requires bending, twisting, stretching, stooping, and kneeling, as well as the ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds.

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, rebuild, rewind, and test low and medium voltage AC and DC motors.
• Collect data and maintain documentation.
• Focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment.

• Experience with small to large electric motors, stators, and/or electrical component winding
• Strong data collection and failure analysis skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Mechanical ability a plus
• High levels of dependability and self‑motivation
• Commitment to continuous improvement and working as a team
• Clean drug screen
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
