Manpower of Huntington is seeking a detail‑oriented
** HR Recruiting Specialist
** to support our Clients talent acquisition and core HR operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for candidates and ensures smooth, consistent, and compliant recruiting processes.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication.
+ Conduct structured screening interviews and clearly explain job duties, expectations, and company culture.
+ Prepare concise screening summaries for hiring managers.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage interview‑related documentation.
+ Maintain accurate recruiting workflows and records in ATS, SharePoint, and Jira.
+ Organize, track, and file candidate documents ensuring audit‑ready compliance.
+ Create and monitor Jira tasks for recruiting and HR activities.
+ Provide accurate job‑related information, including role expectations, physical demands, and work conditions.
+ Support HR with administrative tasks, time tracking compliance, and service request intake.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
+ Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned.
** Qualifications*
* + 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative work.
+ Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
+ Clear written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS, Jira, and SharePoint preferred.
+ Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience accepted.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
** Physical Requirements*
* + Primarily sedentary role; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; frequent computer use.
