St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Clerk/TA under the direct supervision of the Department Leader or designee. The role assists with clerical duties in the Radiology Service, including greeting patients, physicians, visitors, and hospital personnel; answering phones and directing questions to the proper personnel; and preparing materials to support efficient patient flow in the department.
OverviewThe Radiology Clerk/TA provides front-desk and clerical support to ensure smooth operation of the Radiology Service, serving as a point of contact for patients and staff.
Responsibilities- Greet patients, physicians, visitors, and hospital personnel arriving at the Radiology Service.
- Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or department.
- Prepare materials to facilitate efficient patient flow within the Radiology department.
