• Oversee daily accounting functions including inventory review, variance analysis, and operational insights.
• Lead accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes while ensuring alignment with GAAP.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting accuracy using systems such as One Stream, Dynamics 365, and associated tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to support analysis, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate efficiency, reporting quality, and data integrity.

• Active CPA or individuals working toward reactivation, supported by a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with publicly traded entities with strong exposure to audit, inventory, or operational accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems along with advanced experience in Excel and strong capability with analytical tools.
• Demonstrated leadership where accuracy, accountability, and high performance are core expectations.
• Ability to operate in a highly analytical environment where materiality expectations are extremely precise.

On site in the Huntington, West Virginia region.

Required to work in office with standard business hours and professional courtesy for occasional flexibility. Minimal travel required, approximately two times per quarter.
