Job Purpose

This is a professional selling position in retail banking with accountability to attract new relationships and retain existing relationships.

Job Duties
  • Proactively meet customer financial needs through direct sales and referrals, delivering world‑class service in person, on the telephone or via video device.
  • Use the Peoples Bank sales process, rooted in ethical, needs‑based, solution‑oriented selling.
  • Achieve specific monthly production goals for Peoples products and services, including loans, deposits and access to information via multiple platforms such as mobile banking.
  • Identify customer needs and refer to expert partners for mortgage solutions, retirement solutions and other non‑traditional bank products.
  • Maintain a friendly, can‑do demeanor, greet customers by name, and provide timely, responsive communication and problem resolution.
  • Foster a position of trust and responsibility, consistently demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
