Senior Financial Analyst; On-Site

The Senior Financial Analyst supports site leadership by interpreting financial results, coordinating reporting cycles, and driving improvements in financial processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and comfort working in a manufacturing environment.

• Manage plant‑level reporting requirements and assist with month‑end and quarterly close activities.
• Maintain tools for daily/weekly operational and financial metrics aligned with corporate standards.
• Consolidate monthly and quarterly results for leadership and prepare review packages.
• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variances, identify root causes, and summarize findings for leadership.
• Oversee cost accounting processes, including standard rate collection, overhead allocation, inventory forecasting, and quarterly physical counts.
• Evaluate and improve cost systems, implement approved changes, and provide training on cost procedures.
• Conduct special cost studies and present findings to management.
• Support leadership with product costing, scrap valuation, and operational decision‑making.
• Supervise and develop staff within assigned financial functions.
• Participate in process improvements, system testing, documentation, and other assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (CPA/MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of statutory accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle ERP, SAS, or SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, discretion, and independence.
• Willingness to learn plant operations and spend time on the manufacturing floor
