Medical Center seeking BC/BE Urologist to join their team in western West Virginia.

Highlights:

• Level II Trauma Center
• Join cohesive group of two experienced urologists and three APPs
• Call shared with urologists and APPs

• General urology; cases and resources available for niche subspecialties
• Urology services include advanced robotic surgery, endoscopic surgery, pediatrics, minimally invasive office procedures, percutaneous stone surgery, advanced prostate cancer treatment, on top of bread-and-butter urology
• Vast referral network and patient base, hit the ground running
• Perioperative support provided by APPs within the practice
• Supportive administration that focuses on physician well-being
• Two da Vinci robots
• Block OR Schedule

• Strong compensation structure with a 2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentive
