• Provide primary‑care services per Eventus Whole Health protocol in long‑term care and geriatric settings.
• Review and sign medication orders and manage prescribed medications within 24 h.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation during each facility visit.
• Work with facilities to manage medication plans and attend care‑plan meetings.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement meetings.
• Stay available for on‑call duties 8 AM‑5 PM by text or phone; assume E‑care triage duties as needed.
• Submit documentation and billing records promptly per event schedules.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, laws, HIPAA, and CPT coding.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements.

• MD or DO licensed to practice.
• Minimum 3 years of long‑term care and geriatric experience preferred.
• AMDA certification a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
