Foundever is hiring an active Marshall University student for a seasonal, part‑time role as a Customer Advocate for Intuit Turbo Tax users. The position offers a custom schedule, $18 per hour, paid professional training, and a career path with growth opportunities.
About the RoleAs a Customer Advocate you will be the first point of contact for Turbo Tax customers, delivering professional, high‑quality service. You will refine communication skills, collaborate with a team, and sharpen leadership and workplace confidence.

- Experience working independently and as a team.
- Comfortable being on camera with customers.
- Comfortable operating in a quiet, distraction‑free work location with high‑speed internet via a hard‑wired connection.
