United Talent is immediately seeking Data Entry Specialists for a client in Huntington, WV.

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Review, correct, and maintain records to ensure data integrity
• Organize and file documents (digital and/or physical)
• Generate basic reports as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information

Pay and shift: Pay is between $16.00- $18.00/hour depending on experience. Monday
- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
