Guaranteed Weekly Minimum Pay - Start at 70 CPM! Multiple Hometime Options - Including Weekly $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid out on First Check for All Routes At K&B Transportation, you’re in the driver’s seat when it comes to pay and home time, including home weekly! Choose from four flexible pay packages tailored to fit your lifestyle, with rates starting at 62-70 CPM.

Road Warrior Package:
Start at 70 CPMEarn up to $90,000 yearly $1,610 weekly guaranteed - earn $2,000+ on top weeks
Must be willing to go out 2 months at a time, then home for 10 days
Free round trip flight back and forth to home for their home time for drivers residing outside our operating area Midwest Home Weekly:
Start at 65 CPMEarn up to $70,000 yearly
Great balance of miles and hometime every weekend

Midwest Regional Premium Pay:
Start at 68 CPMEarn up to $85,000 yearly $1,564 weekly guaranteed - earn up to $2,000 on top weeks
Drivers must live in Central United States and go out 4 weeks at a time, then home for 5 days Traditional Midwest Regional:
Start at 62 CPM with 1 CPM raises at 6 months and 1 year
Earn up to $80,000 yearly $1,426 weekly guaranteed - earn up to $1,850+ on top weeks
Senior drivers are guaranteed $1,472 per week minimum!
Many drivers can be home as often as every 2 weeks in many central US locations
