Full‑time or Part‑time

Regional Manager – Full‑time Salary Position

• 2+ years professional coaching or playing experience
• Experience working with youth athletes

• Work with youth athletes of all ages, both on and prospective to the Area Scouts platform, within your territory.
• Ensure parental consent for athletes under 16.
• Maintain relationships with local and national sports organizations, facilities, and team partners.
• Make initial contact with athletes and parents, identify needs, and assist as required.
• Direct athletes/parents to the development calendar to schedule evaluations.
• Conduct initial and follow‑up evaluations, providing individualized instructions and corrective measures through the Athlete Profile Dashboard or Mobile Application.
• Adapt schedule to accommodate business or athlete volume as needed.
• Collaborate with the Sports Medicine & Performance Team, Professional Sports Advisors & Directors, and Operations Team to deliver best results.

• Trusted reputation verified via 10‑20 minute interview if necessary.
• Pass a national background check upon acceptance.
• Complete Area Scouts Training before engaging athletes.
• Self‑motivated with strong character and integrity.
