• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as products sell through, following remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with tasks as needed.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequently lift or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
