You will support the management team by performing opening and closing routines, supervising store operations to meet financial goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will handle operational functions in sales to meet company expectations.

• Perform operational functions: open/close the store, register, and back-office procedures
• Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards during shifts
• Serve as a role model in sales and customer service, prioritizing the customer experience
• Use training resources to educate team on products and improve sales skills
• Provide coaching on selling, product knowledge, clienteling, and in-home services
• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment aligned with our People First Philosophy

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and influence others through personal example
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, and lift for extended periods
• 1-3 years retail sales experience; shift supervision preferred
• 1-2 years experience in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred

• Mobility on the sales floor for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with proper equipment and safety techniques
• Open availability for full-time associates; part-time flex associates must be available on weekends and weekdays as specified
