Summary

As a Logistics Support
, you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and representing the Wyld brand. This front-facing role provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers. You will ensure strong ties with customers by timely delivering Wyld products, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining relationships at accounts, communicating account-related items to the sales team in the field, and serving as a subject matter expert on company background and product knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Product Delivery and Payment Collection
  • Comply with traffic legislation, practice road safety, and demonstrate safe driving habits.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before loading product and departing for deliveries.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
  • Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in state territory.
  • Unload goods and review deliveries with clients to ensure products meet their needs.
  • Accurately manage monetary transactions and transport orders in a compliant manner.
Brand Ambassador
  • Merchandising and relationship building at accounts.
  • Attend events, partnerships, and promotional opportunities to represent and promote Wyld.
  • Educate customers, consumers, and bud tenders about the brand and products.
  • Lead budtender trainings at dispensaries.
  • Remain knowledgeable on all Wyld products, pricing, and nuances.
  • Handle administrative duties including daily CRM reporting, mileage and expense reporting, and logs for vehicle and SWAG checkout.
  • Support Sales Account Managers by providing marketplace feedback, assessing industry trends, and communicating client needs through appropriate channels.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log feedback and daily tasks in the company CRM.
  • Understand state regulations and internal policies to ensure proper field execution and communication.
  • Assist with fulfillment and inventory activities such as picking, packing, labeling finished goods, staging outgoing orders, and bulk movement of goods as needed.
  • May be assigned additional tasks as business needs change.
Qualifications
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations available where needed.
  • 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Active state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for marketing events (Mileage reimbursement at federal rate).
  • Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing; bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Hours are likely to vary based on business needs.
  • Must obtain state-required cannabis permits, licenses, and/or certifications.
  • Serv Safe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
  • Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report.
  • State regulations require applicants to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Overnight travel may be required to support longer routes (lodging and meals covered by the company).
