Account Representative – Full Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)

• Achieve or exceed monthly bad‑debt performance plans.
• Collect and maintain accurate customer transaction information in accordance with the company’s consumer privacy policy.
• Review consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
• Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
• Maintain professional attire, demeanor, and neatness in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license or unexpired California picture  a social security number that can be verified through the State’s E‑Verify system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
