This is an on-site role based in Huntington Beach, CA, for a Soccer Coach with Culture FC Sports. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting soccer training sessions, developing tactical and technical skills, and ensuring a fun and engaging environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Additional responsibilities include mentoring athletes, providing feedback to enhance their development, and actively promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

The coach will also assist in organizing tournaments, games, and educational workshops as part of Culture FC s broader community-focused initiatives.

• Strong skills in Soccer Coaching and expertise in Football training
• Experience in player mentoring and Coaching to develop skills and teamwork
• Proficiency in effective Communication within team settings
• Ability to promote education and growth through sports-related learning and development
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage training programs
• Passionate about fostering an inclusive and positive team environment
• Previous experience in youth or community sports programs is a plus
• Relevant certification or qualification in sports coaching or physical education is preferred
