HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support our culinary team.

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems
• Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. Madison is known for its vibrant community, tech industry growth, and quality of life. • CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
  • Installation and service of refrigeration systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Gas-fired equipment and piping systems
